I would like to note my appreciation of the work done by your Climacool team yesterday when my new ducted air conditioning unit was installed. The job was done efficiently and expertly by your team, led by Jay. All members of the team were most courteous to me and to each other and were respectful of the fact that their workplace was in fact my home. Additionally, I was most impressed by the care and attention they gave to protecting the work area and to the clean up afterwards. Very efficient, helpful and clean

Professional and courteous

Sam and his team installed our ducted ceiling, under the floor and wall mounted unit on a 38 degree day in our terrace. They put in great effort and it wasn’t an easy job, especially in confined spaces in the heat. They were professional, courteous and worked well as a team. Sam also put in extra effort to try to get our aircon installed before Christmas and kept us constantly up to date. He also followed up post the install. We highly recommend him and wish him all the best with his business, he deserves it. Very good value work.
